If you are reading this, you already know something about our Help Articles.
That they take the form of FAQs, short instructions, or quick references, and can belong to a wider collection of solutions that include links to other eLearning Resources.
However, you may not know that there are different ways to search and retrieve the articles you are looking for.
Foundry Help Menu
On the Foundry header bar, you can select ? Help and then click Help Articles from the dropdown menu. This is the conventional method for accessing help articles in the knowledge base, help.truecommerce.com. Using this resource, you can perform a search, but you can also browse through article collections organized by application, feature, task, solution, and general reference.
Support Center
Help articles can be accessed immediately by clicking Search for help within the Foundry Support Center.
This opens the Help panel, where you can search for articles using the text box provided.
Select an item from the search results to display that content directly within the Help panel.
Truedi - Automated Assistant
Finally, you may not realize that when you Ask a question in the Foundry Support Center, the answer you get from Truedi is actually generated from help articles in the knowledge base!
If you click on the tiny reference numbers in the chatbot results, the system will take you to the original help articles from which those answers were derived.
One way or another, help articles have your answers!
