Error: 10001071 - Customer XXX is inactive

Issue: When attempting to export out an inbound transaction from your Trading Partner you receive the following error: '10001071 - Customer XXX is inactive'

Reason: The Business Partner card within SAP Business One is set to inactive

You will need to set your Business Partner back to 'Active' in order to utilize it with Transaction Manager.

Navigate: Business Partners → Business Partner Master Data

Enter: Customer Business Partner Code from Error

Select: Active
