Error: Invalid value [ORDR.ShipToCode]

Issue: When attempting to export out an inbound Purchase Order (850) from your Trading Partner you receive the following error: 'Invalid value [ORDR.ShipToCode]'

Reason: The Ship To Code being sent on your order could not be found within SAP Business One

If your Trading Partner is sending you a Ship To Code that does not match what is in your SAP Business One Ship To codes you can easily translate the EDI Code into the SAP Business One code.

Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Address List

Select: Add

Fill EDI Code: With your Trading Partner's Ship To Code

Fill Bus Sys Code: With your Address ID from SAP Business One

Set: Type to Store
