The Address List within Transaction Manager allows you to easily convert Ship To Codes or Distribution Center (DC) Codes from the value sent by your Trading Partner to a value accepted by SAP Business One.

You can find your SAP Business One Address ID to be used as your Ship To Code under your Business Partner card in order to see which codes can be accepted or passed from Transaction Manager.

Navigate: Business Partners → Business Partner Master Data

Open: Business Partner/Trading Partner Card

Select: Addresses

Expand: Ship To group

Copy: Address ID

To Translate your Trading Partner's Ship To Code into your SAP Business One Ship To Code you will want add an entry into the Address List with your Trading Partner (EDI) code under the EDI Code column and your SAP Business One Address ID under the Bus Sys Code column

If your Trading Partner is sending you a Ship To Code or a Store Code you will want to be sure to configure the entry in your Address List to a type of Store

Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Address List

Select: Add

Fill EDI Code: With your Trading Partner's Ship To Code

Fill Bus Sys Code: With your Address ID from SAP Business One

Set: Type to Store

If your Trading Partner is sending you a Distribution Center (DC) Code instead of a ship to code - you will need to switch the Address List to the type of DC rather than Store in order for the system to translate.
