Linking your EDI Trading Partner from Transaction Manager with your SAP Business One Business Partner can easily be achieved through Partner Setup screen under your Trading Partner Settings.

Transaction Manager utilizes the Business Partner Code (BP Code) from SAP Business One in order to link your EDI Trading Partner to your Business Partner.

Navigate: Business Partners - Business Partner Master Data

Search: For your Business Partner card

The Partner Setup screen within Transaction Manager allows you to establish the link between your Business Partner card and your EDI Trading Partner - by assigning the Business Partner Code.

The easiest way to establish the link between your Business Partner and your Trading Partner setups is to use the built in Sync option within your Partner Setup to dynamically pull the code straight out of SAP Business One.

Navigate: Trading Partners - (Trading Partner) - Translations - Partner List

Select: Sync

Enter: Customer Name (Optional)

Select: Magnifying Glass

Select: Desired Codes

Select: Sync Selected Business System Codes

If you wish to add your Business Partner Code manually - you can do so using the Add Partner button within the Partner Setup screen.

Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Partner List

Select: Add Partner

Enter: Business Partner Code
