Setting: Item Fulfillment Preference
The Item Fulfillment Preference controls whether or not a Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) will Create a new or Update an existing Item Fulfillment upon export.
Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration → Integration Options
Locate: Item Fulfillment Preference
Create
When set to Create will automatically generate an Item Fulfillment upon export of the Warehouse Shipping Advice sent by your Warehouse/3PL
Update
When set to Update will search for a matching Item Fulfillment and update it with the information on the Warehouse Shipping Advice sent by your Warehouse/3PL
