Error: Unable to locate document 'Sales Order #xxxxx' in NetSuite

Issue: Upon attempting to export out a Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) from your Warehouse or 3PL you receive the error: 'Unable to locate document 'Sales Order #xxxx' in NetSuite

Reason: The Sales Order # sent on the Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) is not finding a match within NetSuite either due to being incorrect or closed within NetSuite.

You'll need your Warehouse/3PL to return the Sales Order number on the Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) - meaning if you've not sent the Sales Order number to your warehouse on the Warehouse Shipping Order (940) you'll need to be sure to do that.

Typically this is located within what is often called the Depositor Order # on the returning Warehouse Shipping Advice (945)
