The NetSuite Integration from TrueCommerce is a Direct Connection Cloud-Based solution. Connecting Transaction Manager directly to NetSuite through the use our Cloud Framework system Transaction Manager is able to read and write data with NetSuite creating a streamlined solution for managing your EDI Connections.

Core Capabilities

The NetSuite Integration supports Sell-Side, Buy-Side, and Warehouse relationships by providing various integrated documents that allow your documents to flow directly between Transaction Manager and NetSuite.

Sales Order Process

The Sales Order Process utilizes NetSuite's Sales and Order Management modules - allowing the Creation and Updating of Sales Orders from inbound Purchase Orders (850), generation of outbound Invoices (810) from NetSuite Invoices, as well as outbound Advance Ship Notices (856) from Item Fulfillments.

Purchase Order Process

The Purchase Order Process utilizes the Purchases and Payables modules to generate outbound Purchase Orders (850) from Purchase Orders within NetSuite as well as creating Bills when receiving inbound Invoices (810) from your Trading Partner.

Warehouse Order Process

The Warehouse Process utilizes the Sales and Order Management modules to generate outbound Warehouse Shipping Advices (940) from your Sales Orders, Create/Update Shipments from inbound Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) when dealing with an integrated Warehouse or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company.

Inventory Reporting

The Inventory Reporting integration utilizes the Items List module within NetSuite to generate outbound Inventory Inquiry/Report (846) for updating your Trading Partner's with your current inventory stock and availability.

TrueCommerce Bundle

The TrueCommerce EDI for NetSuite Bundle is installed directly into your NetSuite environment adding EDI Capabilities directly into your system allowing for seamless integration with Transaction Manager for all your Integrated Document needs.

The Bundle adds EDI Specific Fields, Tabs, and Settings streamlining your process.

Note: The TrueCommerce Bundle is provided as an installation option through your NetSuite solution and should be installed/updated directly through your VAR.

TrueCommerce Settings

The TrueCommerce EDI for NetSuite bundle adds features for Labels, Advance Ship Notice (ASN/856) configuration, and AutoPacking of Item Fulfillment content

Advance Ship Notice (856) Support

Gain added support for Advance Ship Notices (856) within your Item Fulfillments - generating Package Contents for Pallets, Packages, and Item content capable of supporting No Pack (SOI), Pick and Pack (SOPI), Pallet Pick and Pack (SOTPI) and Standard (SOIP) formats.

Package Templates

Support for configuring AutoPack and Package Templates allowing you to easily define how many units of a specific item can fit within a box or pallet allowing for quick and efficient packing of your Item Fulfillments
