The Acumatica Integration from TrueCommerce connects your Acumatica accounting system with that of Transaction Manager. By providing a direct-connection through the use of our Cloud Framework system Transaction Manager is able to read and write data with Acumatica creating a streamlined solution for managing your EDI connections with your Trading Partners.


Core Capabilities


The Acumatica Integration supports Sell-Side (Sales Order Process), Buy-Side (Purchase Order Process), and Warehousing Integrations with Acumatica.

Sales Order Process


The Sales Order Process utilizes Acumatica's Sales Orders module - allowing the Creation and Updating of Sales Orders from inbound Purchase Orders (850), generation of outbound Invoices (810) from Acumatica Invoices, as well as outbound Advance Ship Notices (856) from Shipments.

Purchase Order Process


The Purchase Order Process utilizes the Purchases and Payables modules to generate outbound Purchase Orders (850) from Purchase Orders within Acumatica as well as creating Bills when receiving inbound Invoices (810) from your Trading Partner.

Warehouse Process


The Warehouse Process utilizes the Sales Order module to generate outbound Warehouse Shipping Advices (940) from your Sales Orders, Create/Update Shipments from inbound Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) when dealing with an integrated Warehouse or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company.

Inventory Reporting


The Inventory Reporting integration utilizes the Inventory module within Acumatica to generate outbound Inventory Inquiry/Report (846) or outbound Item Catalogs (832) for updating your Trading Partner's with your current inventory stock and availability.


TrueCommerce Customization


the TrueCommerce Customization is installed into Acumatica's Customization Projects and is regularly updated to stay compatible with the latest versions of Acumatica based on their release & approval schedule.

This Customization adds EDI Specific Tables, Fields, and Settings to allow for a streamlined integration with your EDI partners.

Note: While TrueCommerce provides the Customization - limited support is available on installation/troubleshooting the Customization Project itself as this is often handled by your VAR.

TrueCommerce Settings


The TrueCommerce tab grants access to all the TrueCommerce Settings such as Advance Ship Notice (ASN/856) configuration, Status settings, and Labeling configuration

TrueCommerce Fields


The TrueCommerce Customization adds additional EDI Specific fields to be incorporated with your EDI workflows found within each integrated Document such as your Sales Orders, Invoices, and Shipments to provide configuration of your EDI Transactions and pass information

Advance Ship Notice Generation/Packing


Added functionality to allow generation of Advance Ship Notices (856) utilizing Acumatica's Shipment document by adding the ability to configure various ASN Types such as No Pack (SOI), Pick and Pack (SOPI), Pallet Pick and Pack (SOTPI) and Standard (SOIP) formats

Package Templates

Auto Pack templates and Item Package Settings can be configured to help Acumatica determine how Inventory Items are packed for shipping, providing Unit of Measure, Pack Quantity, and Weight details that allow the system to determine the most efficient Auto-Pack structure based on your settings.

Shipment Auto-Pack

With the built in Auto Pack option your Shipments can easily be packaged base on their ASN Type selection and the Item Package/Template settings
