Creating the Item Fulfillment
Transaction Manager is capable of either Creating a new Item Fulfillment or Updating an existing one based on the Item Fulfillment Preferences setting within Transaction Manager. These operations are performed whenever the Warehouse Shipping Advice is actively exported from your Inbox within Transaction Manager.
Matching the Sales Order
Upon export Transaction Manager will locate the Sales Order # within NetSuite typically utilizing the Depositor Order # located on the Warehouse Shipping Advice to first find a match
Matching the Item Codes
Once the Sales Order is properly located the system will attempt to match each item against it in order to update the existing Sales Order quantities and fulfillment states as well as generate the Item Fulfillment with.
Note: If you have the same Item Code across multiple lines on your Warehouse Shipping Advice - you will need to ensure your Line Items matches between your Sales Order and Warehouse Shipping Advice to update the correct lines
Packaging the Item Fulfillment
After the Sales Order has been updated - the Item Fulfillment will then be created and the items packed automatically into their respective Pallets and Boxes as dictated by the Warehouse Shipping Advice structure that was sent by your Warehouse.
The Warehouse Shipping Advice structure sent by your Warehouse/3PL dictates how the Pallets, Boxes, and Items are generated.
Success
If your Warehouse Shipping Advice successfully created/updated the Item Fulfillment you will see the Item Fulfillment number listed in the Integration Activity to easily identify the document.
