In order to generate a Warehouse Shipping Order (940) to be sent to your Warehouse or Third Party Logistics (3PL) partner you can import either a Sales Order or an Item Fulfillment from NetSuite

Importing from a Sales Order

Whenever you're generating a Warehouse Shipping Order off of a Sales Order you will want to be sure to set your Transaction Type from the import window to Sales Order

Status

The Status of your Sales Order will affect whether or not Transaction Manager sees your Sales Order as apart of its search

Note: Your Sales Order should typically be in the PENDING FULFILLMENT state to show during the import search

Searching

Transaction Type: Sales Order

Document Number (Optional): Set to Contains to filter by Document #

Transaction Status (Optional): All Txns (All Transactions) if previously imported

Select: Search

Importing

With your results returned - you can now select the Sales Orders you wish to import using the checkbox next to them and then selecting the Import button to generate a new Warehouse Shipping Order (940) ready to be sent to your Warehouse/3PL.
