A Warehouse Shipping Order (940) acts as a copy of your Sales Order to be sent to your Warehouse or Third Party Logistics (3PL) partner so that they may fulfill the order on your behalf.

Creating a Warehouse Shipping Order (940)

A Warehouse Shipping Order (940) is generated either by importing a Sales Order or an Item Fulfillment from NetSuite into Transaction Manager.

Warehouse Code

Since your Warehouse/Third Party Logistics is separate from the initial Trading Partner who placed the order - Transaction Manager needs a way to identify the Warehouse to send the Warehouse Shipping Order to.

To do this you will need to ensure that you have a Location set on your items within NetSuite that has a value that matches Transaction Manager's Partner Setup on your Warehouse's configuration.
