Error: Error: Cannot create Bill. Order xxx is not in a pending billing status.
Issue: When attempting to export out an inbound Invoice (810) from the Transaction Manager inbox you receive the following error: 'Error: Cannot create Bill. Order xxx is not in a pending billing status.'
Reason: Your Purchase Order within NetSuite is in a status other than Pending Billing which prevents Transaction Manager from billing items against it.
Solution - Receive Items on Purchase Order
Navigate: Transactions → Purchases → Enter Purchase Orders → List/Search
Select: Purchase Order
Select: Receive
Status Updated
Once you've Received all your items on your Purchase Order - the status will automatically change to PENDING BILL which will allow Transaction Manager to bill against it.
