Issue: When attempting to export an Inbound document from your Inbox into NetSuite you receive the error 'Error Parsing Purchase Order Export XML... Requested value '_US' was not found.'

Reason: The Country Code being passed from your EDI Transaction does not match the available codes defined within NetSuite.

Depending on your Trading Partner - you may end up receiving a Country Code in a format that NetSuite will not accept - you can translate that country code through the Country Translation table located under your Business System settings which will create translations for all your Trading Partners

Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration → Integration Lookups

Select: Company : Country Translation

Add: unitedStates (left) & US or USA (right)
