Error: NetSuite Error: Code=DUP_RCRD This record already exists

Issue: When attempting to export (such as a Purchase Order (850)) from Transaction Manager you receive the error: 'NetSuite Error: Code=DUP_RCRD This record already exists'

Reason: NetSuite has detected a duplicate record when attempting to create the Sales Order.

Solution - Enable Testing

If you're attempting to re-export the same Purchase Order multiple times for testing purposes you can set the TESTING flag to True to bypass NetSuite by modifying the Purchase Order # sent.

Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Default

Set: Default : Testing to True

Note: Your Transaction Manager may require a different value - please read the description for accuracy

Solution - Look at the Integration Activity for Details

While the initial error is fairly generic, a Warning will be thrown along side the error providing more details from NetSuite on the issue.

Navigate: System Activity → Integration Activity

Solution - Contact Your NetSuite Admin

Since this is a NetSuite error - you may need to reach out and contact your Administrator
