Error: Item xxx has no PACKSIZE settings on ITEM level.
Issue: When selecting the Run AutoPack button within the O/E Transactions Edit EDI Shipments screen you receive the error: 'Item xxx has no PACKSIZE settings on ITEM level.'
Reason: The Item you're attempting to run the AutoPack against is not configured properly within the EDI Trading Partner Settings of the TrueCommerce module - so it is unable to know how many items fit within a pack.
Solution - Update Item Settings
Navigate: TrueCommerce EDI → EDI Trading Partner Settings → Item Settings
Fill: Package Size for Item.
If your Item does not appear in the list select Sync. Item
