Error: Customer xxx does not exists in THCUSTM view
Issue: When selecting a Customer Number within the Edit EDI Shipments O/E module you receive the error 'Customer xxx does not exists in THCUSTM view'
Reason: The A/R Customer has not been properly synced to the TrueCommerce EDI Setup.
Solution - Sync Trading Partners
Whenever an A/R Customer has been added that is intended to be used with the TrueCommerce EDI Solution it needs to be synced up to the TrueCommerce module by selecting the Sync. Customer option within the EDI Trading Partner Settings
Navigate: TrueCommerce EDI โ EDI Trading Partner Settings
Select: Sync. Customer
Customer Sync
The Sync Process will run and inform you of how many customers were added to the TrueCommerce EDI Table (THCUSTM) that was previously missing.
Once the Sync Process completes you'll see the new Trading Partner appear within the settings panel
