Issue: Exporting an inbound Transaction from Transaction Manager to Sage 300 produces an error indicating 'Sage Error: Item number xxx does not exist. - View: OE0500Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.'
Reason: The Item Code being passed from Transaction Manager into Sage 300 is not valid.
Solution - Update the Item Catalog
You'll need to update your Item Catalog to properly translate the item code being sent by your Trading Partner to translate into the Sage 300 code
Navigate: Trading Partners β (Partner) β Translations β Item Catalog
Add: Sage 300 Item Number into Item Translation table
