Error: Sales product does not exist - Error Field error [M:SOH4]ITMREF
Issue: When exporting out a transaction from within Transaction Manager's inbox to Sage X3 you receive the error: 'Document: xxx - Error Sales product does not exist - Error Field error [M:SOH4]ITMREF'
Reason: An Item Code you're sending to Sage X3 within your transaction is not a valid Sage X3 item code.
Solution - Translate Item Code
You'll need to translate your Trading Partner's item code sent on the transaction with a proper Sage X3 Item Code.
Navigate: Trading Partners β (Partner) β Translations β Item Catalog
Fill: Item Translation (X3 Item code)
Fill: Primary Item (2nd-Coloumn, Partner's Value)
New Items received by your Trading Partner will automatically have their Primary Item field filled out - you'll simply need to supply the Sage X3 Item Code.
