Error: Document: xxx - Error The site is not in the same legal company
Issue: When exporting an inbound Purchase Order (850) received from a Trading Partner within Transaction Manager's inbox you receive the following error: 'Document: xxx - Error The site is not in the same legal company'
Reason: There is a mismatch between the Shipment Site and the Sales Site being passed to this particular customer.
Solution - Correct Transaction Manager Defaults
If you're utilizing Transaction Manager's defaults to automatically set the code you'll want to make sure they are synced up with what Sage X3 is expecting.
Navigate: Trading Partners β (Partner) β Translations β Defaults
Set: Sales Site to match Shipment Site requirements
