Product: Sage 300

Error: Customer: xxx does not exist in Sage 300.


Issue: Upon exporting an inbound Transaction from Transaction Manager to Sage 300 you receive the error 'Customer: xxx does not exist in Sage 300.'

Reason: The Partner ID setup within Transaction Manager does not match any Customer card within Sage 300

Solution - Update Partner Setup


You'll want to update your Partner Setup within Transaction Manager to match your A/R Customer configuration within Sage 300

Navigate (TM): Trading Partners β†’ (Partner) β†’ Translations β†’ Partner Setup

Select: Add Partner

Enter: The Customer Number from Sage 300
