Product: Sage 100

Error: Error logging into Sage 100: Access denied. Contact your system administrator. Please check 'Allow External Access' in the Preferences tab of the Company Maintenance screen.

Issue: Whenever attempting to Import/Export or Sync with your Sage 100 system you receive an error stating: 'Error logging into Sage 100: Access denied. Contact your system administrator. Please check 'Allow External Access' in the Preferences tab of the Company Maintenance screen.'

Reason: This is due to your Company configuration within Sage 100 not having Allow External Access options enabled within its settings.

This is outside of TrueCommerce - you will need to contact your System Administrator for authorization to enable this

Solution - Enable Allow External Access

You'll need to have your Administrator login to the Administrative Tools and enable Allow External Access to the Company being used by Transaction Manager.

Navigate: Company Maintenance โ†’ Preferences

Enable: Allow External Access
