Setting up and configuring Transaction Manager to interact with your Sage 100 application requires a few settings to be marked within Transaction Manager in order for the system to

Before you configure Transaction Manager with the necessary information for connecting to your Sage 100 system, you'll need to gather some pieces from your system to provide for the connection setup.

Client Application/Installation Path

Transaction Manager will need access to the Client's Sage 100 installation in order to perform interactions with the system, as such you'll need to have a consistent path for all Sage 100 clients planning to utilize Transaction Manager accessible

Default Path: C:\Sage\Sage 100 Standard\MAS90

Company Code

In order to configure Transaction Manager to connect to the proper Sage 100 company, you'll need to grab the Company Code from Sage 100

Navigate: Select Company in the bottom left corner

Copy: Company

Sage 100 Company Code

User/Password

You'll also need a user and its password that has access to all the modules in Sage 100 to allow Transaction Manager the ability to interact with the system.


Transaction Manager Settings


Navigate: Business System β†’ (Company) β†’ Company Configuration β†’ Integration Options

Path to Mas 90/200: Client installation folder path

Company Code: The Sage 100 3-digit company code

User Logon: Sage 100 user

Password: Sage 100 user password

Note: You'll need to be sure to use a User that has all the permissions to the Sage 100 modules that you want the system to interact with. Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Sale Orders, Purchase Orders, etc.
