Your connection between Sage 300 and Transaction Manager only requires a couple of settings to be configured within Transaction Manager to work properly. Namely the User Name/Password that will be used to perform the integrations, and the Company ID that should be interacted with.

Company ID

Since Sage 300 has the ability to have multiple companies in a single setup - Transaction Manager will need to know which company that it should be interacting with.

Sage Company ID

Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration → Integration Options

Enter: Sage Company ID

User Configuration

A Sage 300 user needs to be provided to Transaction Manager so that it has the ability to connect.

Sage User

You'll need to set your User Name to a Sage 300 User that has full permissions to various modules that TrueCommerce utilizes, such as the Accounts Receivable, Inventory Control, and Order Entry modules.

Navigate: Administrative Services → Users

User Name

the User Name field needs filled out under the Integration Options to allow Transaction Manager to use this user for any operation it needs that involves importing/exporting with Transaction Manager.

Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration → Integration Options

Enter: User Name

Password

You'll also need to provide the Sage 300 user's password so that Transaction Manager is able to log in as that user when attempting to connect to Sage 300.

Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration → Integration Options

Enter: Password
