Product: Sage 100

Each Sage 100 Client you wish to have connect to Transaction Manager will need to have two primary components installed in order to allow the TrueCommerce EDI solution appear. You'll need to install the Integration Service from Foundry as well as to run the Sage 100 setup to install the module and DLL.

WARNING: Before you begin - you'll need to make sure that you are logged in as a Local Admin within your system. Without this TrueCommerce is unable to ensure a proper installation as permissions can block any number of operations the installer needs causing it to fail. Please work with your IT Department prior to engaging TrueCommerce to provide full access if assistance is required.

Install the Integration Service

You'll need to install the Integration Service which allows your machine to properly connect and communication with the Transaction Manager platform provided within Foundry.

Note: Installation of the Integration Service will automatically download the latest required Sage 100 server/client files for your system into the TmoIntegrationService/Sage 100 folder required for the next step

Sage 100 Setup

Once the Integration Service is installed you'll have access to the Sage 100 subfolder within the TmoIntegrationService folder of the Integration Service if it's detected Sage 100 has been installed on your machine.

If the Integration service does not detect Sage 100 or you do not have it installed on the particular machine that you're using - you can download these files manually here.

Navigate: C:\Program Files (x86) β†’ TrueCommerce β†’ TmoIntegrationService β†’ Sage 100

Run (As Admininstrator): setup.exe

Selecting the Client Installation

When the installer first launches - you will be prompted to select either the Client or Server installation type. Since you are attempting to install a client workstation you'll need to select the Client option.

Note: If you are not prompted for this option but instead are sent straight to the install button - simply run the install all the way through and then relaunch the application to receive the Client/Server options as the system will use the first installation to extract the necessary files to perform the full install.

Set Integration Service Path

You'll be prompted for the Integration Service path - this typically does not need change as it'll automatically default to its default installation path.

Default Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\TrueCommerce\TmoIntegrationService\Sage 100

Sage 100 Client Path

You'll then be prompted to select the path in which the Sage 100 client is installed at - this is the Work Station in which users will launch to interact with their Sage 100 system. If you've installed Sage 100 to a different path - you'll need to adjust this.

Default Path: C:\Sage\Sage 100 Standard\MAS90

Sage 100 Server Path

You'll be prompted from here to point to the path where your Sage 100 server is installed - all Sage 100 client/workstations which utilize Transaction Manager will need access to this path.

Finished

Once finished - your installation is now complete and your Sage 100 Client should now have the appropriate files needed to run the TrueCommerce EDI Module.
