TrueCommerce adds some custom fields, and a TrueCommerce tab to some of your Sage 100 windows. These tabs hold custom TrueCommerce data that is stored in additional tables within your system's database.

Adding TrueCommerce Customizations

In order to do this, you'll need to run the Customizer Import Wizard to properly update Sage 100 to include the custom user-defined fields (UDFs).

Note: You'll need to perform this on the server which will require Admin Privileges.

All uses will need to be logged out prior to running

M4X File

the .M4X file is a customization package that is provided with the TrueCommerce setup.exe that should of been ran here located in your TmoIntegrationService folder

Version Matching

By default the installer should provide the proper version for your Sage 100 system within the TmoIntegrationService/Sage 100 folder - if it does not however you can compare your version of Sage 100 and select the appropriate version located in the TmoIntegrationService/Sage 100/M4X folder

Customizer Import Wizard

You'll need to run the Customizer Import Wizard to import the .M4X provided for your version of Sage 100 which will automatically install the TrueCommerce table data for you which includes the TrueCommerce UDFs.

Navigate: Custom Office โ†’ Customizer Import Wizard

Browse (File): C:\Program Files (x86)\True Commerce\TmoIntegrationService\Sage 100

Select: TC_496Customizer_Framework_{version}.M4X

Select the appropriate .M4X file for your version of Sage 100

The Wizard will then provide you with a list of Contents from the TrueCommerce installation for you to review - otherwise you can proceed through the prompts to begin installation of the TrueCommerce EDI Customization

Installation

Once you select Finish the installer will begin to install the TrueCommerce Customization - this will take a little bit of time.

Completion

Once the installer has ran through the process - you will be prompted with a message indicating the customization was successfully imported

At this point you can have your users log back into Sage 100, and your TrueCommerce integration tabs should now appear on your Customer Maintenance, Sales Order Entry, Shipping Data Entry, and Invoice Data Entry.

You'll also be able to properly select the Auto-Pack Template and Package Settings options within the TrueCommerce EDI group.
