Product: Sage 100

Error: Error logging into Sage 100: Company xxx is not on file.

Issue: Whenever attempting to import/export or sync data with Sage 100 you receive the error indicating the Company code is not on file.

Reason: The Company Code setting inside Transaction Manager is not finding the value entered.

Solution - Update the Business System's Company Code

You'll need to update your Transaction Manager settings - pointing it to the proper Company Code in order to get the system to properly connect.

Sage 100 - Get the Company Code

Launch: Sage 100

Navigate: Select the Company Name on the Bottom Left of the screen

Copy: The 3-digit company coed provided for your system.

Transaction Manager - Update Business System Settings

Once the code is acquired - you'll need to enter it into the Transaction Manager Business System Settings under the Integration Options in order for Transaction Manager to know which company within Sage 100 you'd like to use.

Navigate: Business System β†’ (Company Name) β†’ Company Configuration β†’ Integration Options

Enter: The Company Code gathered from Sage 100

Save
