Error: This application has not accessed this QuickBooks company data file before. The QuickBooks administrator must grant an application permission to access a QuickBooks company data file for the first time

Issue: When attempting to Import or Export to QuickBooks from Transaction Manager you receive the following error: 'This application has not accessed this QuickBooks company data file before. The QuickBooks administrator must grant an application permission to access a QuickBooks company data file for the first time'

Reason: Your QuickBooks Certificate has not authorized TrueCommerce's Transaction Manager to access your company file (whether due to first time setup, or an expired certificate).

You'll need to switch to Single User-Mode and attempt the connection again, which will allow QuickBooks to prompt you for a certificate installation to allow TrueCommerce to access your Company file.
