Error: You do not have permission for API operation READ_BY_QUERY on objects of type
Issue: When attempting to perform an Import or an Export between Transaction Manager and Sage Intacct you are presented an error indicating you do not have permissions for API operation such as READ_BY_QUERY
Reason: The user ID (located under Business System Settings → Company Configuration → Integration Options) set for Transaction Manager does not have the proper permissions within Sage Intacct to access/read/write that is required by the TrueCommerce integration
Solution - Open Permissions for TrueCommerce User
You'll need to have your Systems Administrator provide full permissions to the indicated user marked within your Integration Options to the module you are attempting to access
Navigate (TM): Business System Settings → (Company) → Company Configuration → Integration Options
Locate: User ID
TrueCommerce is unable to assist with User Permissions and Roles inside Sage - please contact your System Administrator.
Typically roles are configured under the Users → View Permissions and Roles option
