Issue: When attempting to Sign in with Microsoft under the Integration Settings within Transaction Manager you receive the following error: 'needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.'

Reason: Your Business Central system has been configured to require new Application Authorization to be approved by a System Administrator.

You will need to reach out and contact your System Administrator, Value Added Reseller (VAR) or Consultant for Business Central to have them approve the TrueCommerce Integration for Dynamics 365 Business Central (Production and Staging) application under the Admin Consent Requests.
