Error: NetSuite Error: Code=INVALID_KEY_OR_REF Invalid item reference key xxxxx.
Issue: Attempting to export an inbound transaction from your Trading Partner within the Inbox of Transaction Manager
Reason: The item you're attempting to send to your NetSuite system is either invalid or inactive. It will either need to be translated to a proper code or activated.
Solution - Update Item Translation
If the item code produced within the error is not the proper item code - you'll need to update your Item Translation within your Item Catalog to the proper value
Solution - Activate Item
If your item is marked as INACTIVE in your Inventory Item screen or any of your Transactions it is listed on - then the item will need to be activated again in order for it to be used with your integration system.
Navigate: Lists → Accounting → Items → (Your Item)
Uncheck: INACTIVE flag
