Error: xxxxx is not on file. (FieldName: ItemCode Value: xxxxx)
Issue: Whenever attempting to perform an Export from the Inbox of a Transaction received by your Trading Partner you receive the error message: 'xxxxx is not on file. (FieldName: ItemCode Value: xxxxx)'
Reason: The Item being passed from your Trading Partner for the transaction does not exist within Sage 100
Solution
You'll need to setup the new item, or translate it within your Item Catalog for that partner inside Transaction Manager
Item Catalog
Navigate: Trading Partners β (Partner) β Translations β Item Catalog
Fill: Please be sure to have your Item Translation column filled out with your Sage 100 item - and the 2nd column filled out with the Partner value
Note: The 2nd column is always what Transaction Manager will reference to translate to your Sage 100 item code - if this is incorrect please change this by configuring your Primary Item Field (see below)
