Summary: Foundry retains a Base64 encoded certificate within its single sign on configuration. This certificate is generated by the SSO provider and will need to be updated due to an expiration date inherent to the certificate. This guide shows how to update this certificate without the need to contact TrueCommerce support. The certificate update will take effect immediately once the user saves the new input.

Security Access

Can only be completed by a user with BOTH of the following Foundry roles:

  • Administrators

  • Security Administrators

Updating SSO Certificate in Foundry

1. Navigate to Foundry Configuration menu, then Setup > Tenant.

2. Click on Services tab, highlight the Foundry SSO configuration that requires the certificate update and click Edit.

3. Input new certificate data into the Certificate section (ensure all old certificate data is deleted or overwritten), then click Save.

4. Click Save on the main Foundry Services screen.
