Sometimes you'll need to get some detailed information about why a certain operation may be failing for your TrueCommerce/vSync module - to do this you'll need to make sure you enable the Logging Service within Window's Services so that the system can

This service will log activity for Automation, Conduit SFTP, CrazyTalk, Task Manager, and Total Reports.

Logging Service


Before the system can begin logging activity amongst the various applications, you'll need to make sure you have the Logging Service enabled

Navigate: Services β†’ vSync Logging Service

Note: Your IT may need to provide you with permissions to enable the log or access Services - please contact them as TrueCommerce us unable to assist with access

Loading Logs


Once LogViewer is launched - you can select the Load all of todays logfiles to easily access all files, otherwise you can manually select which you wish to open and select open

Log Locations

Your logs may be present in one of two locations typically - if you're unable to find it in one, please check for the other

C:\Windows\vSync Logging Service

C:\ProgramData\vSync\vSync Logging Service

Logging Total Reports


If you wish to log Total Report actions - you'll need to specifically turn on logging within the Total Reports application

Navigate: C:\Program Files (x86)\vSync\TotalReports

Launch: TotalReports.exe

username: admin

password: admin

Navigate: Settings β†’ Logging (On)
