Step 1 - Install vSync Modules

Once you have your installation files - you'll want to run the installers for each module that you require

If you're unsure of which modules you use - please consult the vSync Overview

Note: You'll need to have the installer specifically for your version of GP, if you switched from GP2015 to GP2018 you'll need an installer compiled for the 2018 version

Note: If using a shared instance of Dynamics GP - through an AppPool or Terminal Server you will need to have everyone log out of Dynamics GP first before installing.

Step 2 - Install Code Base

Once you've completed the installation for any of the modules - you'll need to launch Dynamics GP as administrator or under an administrator account where you will then be prompted to install new code.

Select: YES

Step 2.5 (WHS/POP) - Run installer

If you're installing the WHS or POP module for first time - you'll be prompted to run the initial setup for the system to configure your Roles & Tasks as well as permissions.

Login: as sa user into Dynamics GP

Run: vSync Product Installation by following the prompts to set the Company you wish to modify, and which user you wish to apply permissions to (repeating as needed) - select Save to execute the updates.

Note: If your POP or WHS module keep popping up after the initial fix you can check out the help article below to correct it

Step 3 - Adding the Window to GP

Once a module is installed - you'll need to add the window to your Dynamics GP in order to bring up the module for use. To do this go to your navigation pane on the left, and Right Click → Add → Add Window

Navigate: EDI for Dynamics → 3rd Party → TrueCommerce Main

Select: Add

POP

Navigate: EDI POP for Dynamics → 3rd Party → TrueCommerce POP Integration

Select: Add

WHS

Navigate: EDI Warehouse Integration → 3rd Party → TrueCommerce Warehouse Integration

Select: Add
