Product: Dynamics GP (Enterprise)

TrueCommerce provides 3 unique modules (SOP/POP/WHS) plus a scheduling service known as Automation that install directly into Dynamics GP that allow for processing of data.

Sales Order Process Module (SOP/Main)

The Sales Order Process (SOP module for short), sometimes to referred as to the TrueCommerce Main module - is the module used to process your EDI Transactions from a Sell-Side perspective.

In this module you would be receiving inbound Purchase Orders (850) from your Trading Partner, and sending them an Invoice (810), Purchase Order Acknowledgement (855), and/or an Advance Ship Notice (856) in return.

Purchase Order Process Module (POP)

The Purchase Order Process (POP module) is built for a Buy-Side perspective, in which you are purchasing goods and having them shipped to your locations.

In this module, you would be sending an outbound Purchase Order (850) and expecting to receive Invoices (810), Purchase Order Acknowledgements (855), and Advance Ship Notices (856) back from your Trading Partner in return.

Warehouse Module (WHS)

The Warehouse Module is used to streamline the communication with your 3PL or Warehouse.

This module allows you to generate and send outbound Warehouse Shipping Orders (940) to your 3PL or Warehouse to perform the physical fulfillment of your goods if you're not doing it directly and then receive a Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) in return which can be used to automatically generate an Invoice (810) as well as an Advance Ship Notice (856) to be sent to the original Trading Partner directly.

Automation

Automation is a simple scheduling system that allows you to configure events to be fired off during various weekly, daily, or hourly intervals to Send/Receive your documents so you no longer need someone manually processing them.
