The Quick Fix

Navigate: C:\Program Files (x86)\vSync\TotalReports

Launch: TotalReports.exe

  • username: admin

  • password: admin

Select: The report you're having issues with - Right Click - Export to XML

Save: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP20xx\vSync\Reporting\Configs

  • You'll want to match the Company Name at the end
