Note

Generating a Log is an intensive process as it records every action the system is taking during an operation within the TrueCommerce/vSync system. Be sure to run this only when you need to, rather than leaving it on continually as it can eat up a lot of memory in your system to run constantly

Enabling the Log

Navigate: TrueCommerce Main → Additional → Generate Settings File

Select: Play button next to Log Scripts

The system will then prompt you where you save your Log File at - give it a name and and a .txt extension and hit open

You are not recording activity within the vSync application - run the process you're having issues with, and after you are done continue to Disable the Log so that you can access it or send it to one of our technicians to review.

Disabling the Log

Navigate: TrueCommerce Main → Additional → Generate Settings File

Select: Stop button next to Log Scripts

File

Once you stop the log, you'll have access to open the file at the designated location that you can upload to your case
