Roles are maintained via the Roles page, which can be accessed by those who have ‘administrator’ account credentials. To access the Roles page:
Click your user name or profile picture on the top right corner of the Foundry page header.
Select Settings > Security from the drop-down menu.
Select Users and Roles from the drop-down menu to launch the Users and Roles page.
Select the ROLES tile to launch the Roles page.
Select the role you want to modify and click Edit.
6. Once the role record is open, click the checkmark to enable, unclick to disable.
7. Click submit to save your changes.
