User accounts are maintained via the Users page, which can only be accessed by those who have ‘administrator’ account credentials.

From the Users page you can enable/disable a user and also delete a user.

To access the Users page:

  1. Click your user name / profile picture on the top right corner of the Foundry page header.

  2. Select Settings > Security from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select Users and Roles from the drop-down menu to launch the Users and Roles page.

  4. Select the Users tile to open the Users start page.

Enable/Disable a User

Select the user you want to modify and click Edit.

Once the user record is open, you can make any necessary changes, including enabling or disabling the user.

Delete a User

We encourage the use of the status field to enable or disable users but there may be circumstances when you would want to delete a user record entirely.

From the Users page, select the user you want to modify and click Delete.

You will then be asked to confirm the deletion.
