User accounts are maintained via the Users page, which can only be accessed by those who have ‘administrator’ account credentials.

From the Users page you can reset someone's password.

  1. Click your user name / profile picture on the top right corner of the Foundry page header.

  2. Select Settings > Security from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select Users and Roles from the drop-down menu to launch the Users and Roles page.

  4. Select the Users tile to open the Users start page.

  5. Select the user you want to modify and click Edit.

6. In the Password section, click the pencil icon.

7. Fill in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. If you want the user to be forced to change their password upon login, check the box for Force Password Change.

8. Don't forget to click Submit to save your changes!
