As administrator, you have the ability to ‘unlock’ a user that has been locked out due to too many failed login attempts. Account lock out settings are maintained under Foundry identity claims.

From the Users page you can unlock a user.

  1. Click your user name / profile picture on the top right corner of the Foundry page header.

  2. Select Settings > Security from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select Users and Roles from the drop-down menu to launch the Users and Roles page.

  4. Select the Users tile to open the Users start page.

  5. Select the user you want to modify.

  6. Click the Unlock User button.

  7. Click Submit.

The user will then be able to log in once again.
