Error: Cannot Read properties of undefined (reading 'Rows').

Issue: Cannot Import/Export


We have identified an issue for users utilizing our Legacy Integration Service (Option 1) when attempting to Import/Export that may result in an error message stating Cannot Read properties of undefined (reading 'Rows').

Alterative Error

Some users may receive the error response.UserControl1.ControlData.ASyncEvent is undefined. You can follow the same instructions for setting your Integration Service settings back to Option 1.

Solutions

Solution for Local Integrations


If you receive this error, you can easily resolve the issue by updating your Integration Settings back to Option 1 and setting your Port correctly.

Navigate: Transaction Manager โ†’ Integration Settings

Select: Option 1

Enter: Your Port (See below)

Select: Save

Finding your Port

Your Port # by default should be 29293.

You can find your Port # easily by opening the TrueCommerce tray icon on your computer desktop and looking at the Ports: section (entering the 2nd number).

Solution for Cloud Integrations


If you are utilizing a Cloud-Based Integration, you will need to utilize the Option 3 selection instead of Option 1. To correctly reconfigure Option 3, you must refresh the Foundry platform page by logging out and refreshing the page prior to enabling Option 3 again.

Logout: from Foundry

Refresh Browser: By holding Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+ Selecting the Refresh button on your web browser

Login: to Foundry

Navigate: Integration Settings

Select: Option 3

Save

Refreshing the Browser

You can refresh your browser after logging out by holding the Ctrl button on your keyboard and selecting the Refresh icon located near your URL bar.
