About System Activity

The System Activity menu gives you access to your Transaction Manager system and integrated log entries, as well as asynchronous events.

Each of these activity logs gives you the opportunity to monitor Transaction Manager actions and operations for troubleshooting purposes. To access these options, select Transaction Manager > System Activity under the Foundry main menu.

Menu Options

The following activity logs can be accessed by selecting options from the System Activity menu as well as via the System Activity dropdown control on the action bar:

System Activity

Your first activity log provides a high-level overview of all activities and operations that have been performed within Foundry and Transaction Manager (non-integration activities only). For details on the System Activity grid, refer to the Transaction Manager User Guide.

Integration Activity

Select this activity log for details on activities and operations that are associated with your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration. Use it to monitor Trading Partner EDI compliance, export/import errors and so on. For details on Integration Activity, refer to the Transaction Manager User Guide.

Cloud Log

Cloud logging is only available for systems that are set up with a cloud integration. It generates a detailed copy of each file that was used for the associated integrated activity. For details on Cloud Logging, refer to the Transaction Manager User Guide.

Asynchronous Events

This grid lists Transaction Manager activities that have been set up to occur asynchronously, such as printing, import and export, transaction turnaround, and scheduled events. Select the event record to check for processing details, warnings and errors, or to cancel them before they are processed. For details on Asynchronous Events, refer to the Transaction Manager User Guide.
