Error: ItemName could not be empty. Please check it!
Issue: When attempting an export of an EDI Transaction from Transaction Manager to QuickBooks Online you receive the follow error: 'ItemName could not be empty. Please check it!'
Reason: An Item entry was attempted to be sent to QuickBooks Online but was missing the Item Code from the data
Solution - Correct your Primary Item Field
By default Transaction Manager will attempt to push out the Item field set as your Primary Item Field for your Trading Partner. If that Primary Item field does not contain a value - then Transaction Manager will send a black value resulting in an error
Navigate: Trading Partners - (Partner) - Preferences - Transactions
Select: Transactions tab
Set: Primary Item Field
