Error: Please select a value for customer criteria
Issue: When attempting to export an inbound Purchase Order (850) you receive the following error: 'Please select a value for customer criteria'
Reason: The Partner Setup value configured within Transaction Manager does not match any Customer Name found within QuickBooks Online
Solution - Update your Partner Setup
Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Partner List
Correct/Add: Business System Code with QuickBooks Online customer name
