Error: Customer XXX not existed
Issue: When exporting a Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) from your Warehouse/Third-Party Logistics partner you receive the error: 'Customer XXX not exsited'
Reason: The Warehouse Shipping Advice attempted to pass a Customer Name that did not find a match within QuickBooks Online customer list.
Solution - Correct the Customer Name
Most Warehouse Shipping Advices (945) should contain a field that holds the original Customer Name so that Transaction Manager can link your Estimate against your Warehouse Shipping Advice.
Ensure this is correct and being passed to QuickBooks Online properly
Most Warehouses/3PL Return a Value that was sent to them on the Warehouse Shipping Order (940) - you may need to check the original Warehouse Order sent to your Warehouse/3PL to ensure the correct value was passed to them
