Error: Estimate not found for Customer: XXX, DocNumber: XXX
Issues: Upon exporting out an inbound Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) from your Warehouse/Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partner you receive the following error: 'Estimate not found for Customer: XXX, DocNumber: XXX'
Reason: The Estimate # cannot be found under the given Trading Partner within QuickBooks Online
Solution - Ensure the Depositor Order # Matches
Transaction Manager matches against your Estimate within QuickBooks Online by matching the Depositor Order # (on most Warehouse Shipping Advices) with the Estimate # within QuickBooks Online.
If this Depositor Order # is incorrect you may need to reach out to your Warehouse/3PL to have it resent with the correct number.
Most Warehouses/3PLs return the Depositor Order # back based on what was sent to them on the original Warehouse Shipping Order (940) - be sure to check that you sent them the correct value
