Error: Unable to export transaction. Item xxx was not found in QuickBooks Online account. Perform item setup.
Issue: Whenever attempting to export an inbound Purchase Order (850) you receive the following error: 'Unable to export transaction. Item xxx was not found in QuickBooks Online account. Perform item setup.'
Reason: Transaction Manager was unable to find a match for the Item Code being passed to QuickBooks Online.
Solution - Translate the Item
You'll want to translate your Trading Partner's item code into an appropriate QuickBooks Online item code.
