Error: Create Sales Order failed. Message:Item cannot be sold

Issue: When attempting to export out an inbound Purchase Order (850) from your Trading Partner you receive the following error: 'Create Sales Order failed. Message:Item cannot be sold'

Reason: An item within Acumatica has its Status set to the No Sales option.

You will want to switch the Item Status within Acumatica to a status of Active to allow Transaction Manager to create Sales Orders with the included item on it.

Navigate: Inventory → Stock Items → (Item)

Set: Status to Active
